As a cyclist, this was such a blast! Whoever came up with the line "may your wheels stay true" deserves a big fat bonus. This is such a love letter to cycling in many different ways. I agree with some of the reviews that mention customization isn't deep enough, that parts feel too samey and you don't feel that great a difference when swapping parts, or that at least the game doesn't push you into making certain builds for specific types of racing. You're rather looking for that goldilocks build that feels good to you and gives you enough stats to be reasonably fast. Above all, I think the devs have found something unique that still captures the experience of bike racing (or at least riding fast for a few laps, "proper" bike racing is more about the endurance aspect) with the base system and I look forward to see what they can do in a sequel that builds upon this foundation.

Feels like the best version of PS2 sand boxy adventure game. Great sound track and lots of relaxing gameplay, perfect for a 30 minute session here and there.

A great game! I had a wonderful time. Game play is super fun and the soundtrack is wonderful. If you like building bikes and racing give it a try I had a blast. A very chill super fun.

This is a cozy racing game that has simple and tight mechanics and is all about vibes. Everything about this game is designed to give a hip and relaxing environment for you to play through it's over five hours of game play. The goal is gain rep by racing colorful characters scattered about the map. You gain rep for winning races as well as additional rep for completing additional challenges per race. The story is fun and contributes to the coziness by only coming to the front of game play every so often to give a few good quips and remind you as to what you are doing. Its not complex, and its not meant to be. The biggest highlight of the game is the soundtrack. There are many moments while racing or going from interest point to interest point when I zoned out and just rode my bike in a zen like state. My only knock is that I felt like collecting bike parts lacked enough impact to make it engaging. Peoples criticism is fair, but if you keep in mind what this game is trying to do, its well worth the cost.

It's basically pure bike racing and the racing part of the game is very basic. Mariokart or something like that would be far more entertaining. Combine with a high difficulty and tedious part searching I only lasted two hours. And one of those hours was trying to find ways to make it enjoyable.
