This is because you cannot use AIM!Instead, you can simultaneously fire a shotgun that shoots in front of your character and an automatic tracking missile. The behavior of the missiles changes depending on the character's direction.Shoot in various directions! Also, you can use special moves by consuming "EN", which increases when missiles are hit!>Nivoz, a fellow character<

it's hard to describe what morning glows games are like. people like to say ps2 era fromsoft core or dreamcast like but they're more like this surreal window into an alternate reality mix of different retro games. extremely clunky and weird, visually outgoing and really funny. you probably won't find any games that look or feel anything like nivoz, let alone play similarly.9 found this helpful

esl warning esl warning very confusing game. there's a plot, sort of, it feels like a free doujin you'd read on a site like mangadex where stuff just happens out of nowhere in order to push the story forward or make a dumb joke. the english translation is rough. Parent of the hamburger!? Move aside! there's music, sound effects too!! they're alright. a bit messy perhaps. the sound effect that plays every time you jump is sooooo loud it can get quite annoying depending on your playstyle. the gameplay is by far the most thought out aspect of the game. it's quite clunky but very satisfying once you get the hang of it, it plays like a overly ambitious psp game, shoulder button camera controls and all. your basic attack consists of heat seeking missiles that lock on to the nearest enemy, they deal more damage the closest you are to said enemy so you're encouraged to play aggressively to maximize dps. there's also a very basic level up system that let's you trade health for ammo and 'EN' which, again, encourages aggressive play. 'EN', which i think stands for energy, is what you need in order to perform special moves. these are your main source of damage against bosses and tougher e…1 found this helpful
This is the most fun I've had with a game in a while (I'm serious). It probably isn't intentional but this game is a bit weird so who knows. I will provide the basic gameplay loop then explain why I am a huge fan. You shoot rockets at enemies. If you hit you get 1 EN to use your special weapon, aimed by switching to Nivoz and walking it to where you want to shoot while Juju stands in place like an idiot (you get used to it). Each rocket has an extra short range attack if you get close for more damage. Enemies can destroy your rockets with their projectiles so you want to curve them. You can't control what enemy you are locked onto though and it can be really annoying. So why is this game sick? About halfway through you unlock the handgun. Fun has been acquired. Want to kill multiple enemies with 1 shot (yes it actually fires 2 shots, shut up)? This thing pierces through enemies. Oh, and walls too. Yes you read that right. Control your body fluids. The handgun is secretly a sniper rifle that doesn't care about the suggestion that walls exist. It's simple. It fires in a perfectly straight line from where Juju stands so you have to be at the same height as your target. Hide. Send …1 found this helpful
