Well the comments are true, it's a percentage chance you could encounter a game breaking bug. I got 20 minutes in and after being explained different types of fish that are quick, strong, and have different lure types for specific fish it opened my journal to show me my new catch and then I was stuck. I was unable to exit my journal, pressing Esc or J even Tab, no button would kick me out of the journal, nor could I select any fish to perhaps get a better look at it as I thought maybe I was supposed to do something and missed it. Afterwards I quit the game and then tried to reload only to find there was no auto-save and I had to restart. Maybe some other time but I got this on sale for $4 so I'm not mad and suggest you wait for a sale too if you feel lucky. Also, the story is a bit strange. It's a spoiler so stop reading if you care. I find it find it odd that your spouse gives you a present and then according to the narrative your spouse died later that same day, possibly minutes later we don't know and it's not shown? Instead there's a 3 year time skip and you find out they died and we never opened our present. Now the game doesn't say they died that day in the intro cutscene bu…

Maybe they already update it, but I don't get bugs and only stuck once because of the dog and you can easily resolve it by going to the menu. I can get all the achievements easily only need to do the story twice. The story sometimes a little bit confusing to navigate how to get to the location and because there is not much info about this game in the internet, you really need to read the story line, or you won't know how to get to the location. Finding specific fish can be harder, because sometimes you need to get them at some specific time and there is not much information in the game and the internet. But overall its pretty cozy to play if you don't really care about achievements. MOST IMPORTANT you need too use CONTROLLER. I tried to play using keyboard at first and it's so annoying to fish. Using the controller is much preferred.

A fun and chill game, if you want to have relaxing weekend playing a game, this is highly recommendable. The story is rich and there are mystery along the way but you could also spend your time fishing (like I did). Great game, 9.5/10 (I can't make 100% tho) hehehe

i love this game so much. i'm a huge fan of fishing games and this has become my go to comfort game. i love the story, although it can be a bit tedious completing a quest and going back home only to immediately go back to sea, but you don't HAVE to do things that way thankfully. you're able to complete quests/jobs at your own pace and play the game in your personal style. i really like the cooking and fishing mechanics (it took me a hot sec to figure the fishing mechanics out, but once i did i was having so much fun). i think it's such a cute game, i just wish there was more!! (there's actually already so much but im greedy for more pls give me a sequel or a dlc i beg of thee)

A very fun little game, love all the different characters and crazy fish. This game isn't tough or hard to play and feels very satisfying once you start helping the community. Tugs on the heart strings a little but always makes sure you have something to do.

Unfortunate that this game still has mixed reviews. The bugs have been adressed and I really love the game!
