This app ensures that you can exercise in the comfort of your own home without any additional equipment. You can also disable jumping exercises so as not to disturb your neighbours below you. I recommend it.

It is 6/26/2026. I am out of shape, overweight and unhealthy. I got this app to gamify working out for me. I really hope this works for me. I weigh 299lbs and I'm 5'8. I need to lose weight and get healthy. I am starting out at 15 minutes of workout each day until I'm used to it, then I will move on to 30 and so on and so on. Thank you for making this app. I will update this post with milestones to let everyone know how I am doing. (also I am changing my diet too don't worry)

"Boot Camp Fitness" will improve your health and fitness if done regularly for less money than most other things in life. Good buy , low price, listening dev while he was active (hope he is well again) This programm: Easy to use, clear instructions, good excercises. Needs at least 2,5m x 2,5 m x 2,5 m of room if you want to be able to do most of the excercises . The developer states 4 m x 4 m + enough ceiling height for jumps which would put you on the save side for all excercises. I recommend to use "Boot Capm Fitness" with a laptop computer, a mat is optional for the ground workouts.

Due to depression and 2024 thru 2025 in general, I stopped moving mostly altogether and kinda gave up. I tried getting a gym membership but ofc I never end up there. It's so hard to know where to start when you're at the bottom too! I just finished my first workout on this game, and I am SO happy it has the foundation level as well. The exercises didn't feel like they were too hard to do, all the movements themselves were simple, but I still ended up with a sweat at the end! I'm looking forward to doing more workouts in the coming days ♥♥
