Updated Review Original Rating: Thumbs Down After about 108 hours, the game started crashing at launch. Amazing game, but the update broke it, and there were no fixes after the November 2025 Steam patch. Update — Changing to Thumbs Up My Solution: I eventually discovered the issue wasn’t the game at all — it was my VR settings. The game runs on OpenXR, but my Vive was set to SteamVR, which caused a conflict before launch. If you’re having trouble loading the game on PC, this might help you too. My Honest Review The Good The game is genuinely excellent and rewards commitment. You can see amazing results in under six months, especially if you pair it with small improvements to your eating habits. Don’t get discouraged — consistency pays off. The Bad Prepare to wear out some VR equipment. After 5–6 months of heavy use, sweat will take its toll. I personally had one controller die after four months, and my headset almost died at five and a half (but survived). Still, the workout is worth it, and you get plenty of time to build a solid habit. I didn’t feel bad — I just replaced the parts and kept going. The Ugly Support for game issues is basically nonexistent. If you run into a t…

I am playing this game on a Pico 4 Ultra via SteamVR and running into an issue with the hit detection. I previously played the native Chinese version of Les Mills Bodycombat, and it worked perfectly—the game accurately recognized my punch intensity, showing different effects for light taps versus full-power punches. However, in this SteamVR version, I'm struggling to trigger the "full power" effects. Even when I punch as hard and fast as I can, it often only registers as a light hit. After some testing, I noticed that I can occasionally get the maximum spark effect if I aim slightly lower than the visual crosshair, but it's very inconsistent. I'm not sure if this is due to a difference in how the SteamVR version handles controller angles or tracking. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips would be appreciated!

Great VR fitness game but it has it flaws like to pause option to get back to main menu encase you selected the wrong workout etc, No 3rd person camera so made my own for the game for those that want to watch. the game sadly will follow a fate like oh shape were the support for it will or has become none existent. basically abandon the game.

This game is missing an essential feature: a pause button. Devs don't respond - it's abandoned.

This app got my heartrate way higher than any HIIT training on YouTube. The feedback, and design just makes you put in max effort every time. Absolutely incredible workout
