Where Is Lena?

Where is Lena? Has good mechanics and story telling. It does have a few easy puzzles that are easy to understand. I loved playing it and will replay it every now and again because I personally love trying to beat games like this as efficiently as possible. 100% worth playing! I was lucky enough to be involved in a play test and the game devs deserve some love for this great game.

Searching for Lena inside a twisted research facility creates a deep emotional connection, and the hidden documents, audio logs, and secrets slowly reveal a dark truth that keeps you hooked from beginning to end. The game doesn’t rely only on jump scares — it builds real suspense and fear through atmosphere, sound design, and creepy environments. If you like Resident Evil games, you'll love Where Is Lena. The puzzles and progression are just great. And I like how the horror aspect of the game is not focused on jump scares, but rather on an intimidating atmosphere. The story is also great, it keeps you wondering what comes next. Aside from the dialogues, the story is also told through the environment. You learn more about the game's world as you examine items and objects. It is a great game overall, would recommend!

A very short experience, maybe price it at 5 bucks for that? Puzzles are pretty easy (I'd say a 5 with 10 being Tormented Souls levels of complicated. iykyk) Combat is very simple, point and shoot. You get just enough ammo to do it. Atmosphere is nice and tense. Some suggestions: 1. Better and more varied puzzles. 2. Add footsteps and more monster sounds (you can't hear them coming). Felt like sound design was the weakest part, felt like many were missing. 3. Remove some jump scares (too many if you ask me). 4. Also a bug: on the train platform you become soft locked if you jump down before the ramp that leads to the fusebox , can't jump back on the platform there is no jump button. Overall a 6/10, good for a first try.

You will die in this game .. LOL ~My Advice Make every bullet count

The gunplay is awful and you will die a lot because of that (wasting bullets that will not hit the target, and enemies being bullet sponges) and because the sprint is of no help putting distance between yourself and the enemies. The "plot" is highly derivative with very little to sustain interest. Evil lab creating monsters? Why? Because. Not contect whatsoever. It has AI voices too, which is an automatic minus in my book. The walking head is creepy though, so there's that... /shrug I do not recommended, unless it's on sale and you are really curious, but really, just don't.
