About Traveler's Game

You are Camus Chen. Yesterday you received a video mail from your friend Lu. He thinks you have too few friends and recommends you a popular game:
『This is a battle game but many people use it as a chat room』
Lu told you so.
You decided to join your friends in this game to meet new opponents and chat with them while playing against them. Lu wants you to chill.
But what you didn't expect is that some of your opponents will have a connection to your life in the future. One of them will even learn the great secret behind you and your friends...
In This Game:
- Stories - Meet and get to know different strangers
- Arcade - Use strategy to defeat your opponent
- Sandbox - Camus Chen, do you still remember those plastic soldiers we played with when we were kids?
You Will Experience:
- Play as a young man with a mysterious background who likes chatting with friends online.
- Complete your story map! Camus Chen will record the story of his acquaintances in his memo.
- Get to know the lives of opponents from all over the world.
- Or simply play a battlefield simulator.
- Please pour yourself a glass of wine, a cup of tea, or any drink that can make you relax, and enjoy the stories.
The story mode will be released in two parts. The first part will be released in early 2023, and the second half will be a free update.

✦ AI summary
Players appreciate the developers' effort and the game's unique historical setting with low-poly aesthetic, praising the narration and sandbox elements. However, many find the experience repetitive due to limited maps and slow progression, with a steep difficulty curve that forces new players to compete against opponents using significantly stronger units before they can unlock them.
I played the game, liked the narration but couldn't get myself to finish it. It got clearly potential but it quickly gets repetitive as there aren't lots of map and the progression feels really slow. To unlock new troops and factions you need to win, but while your stuck with beginner troops, your opponent starts to use higher tier troops like knight, riffleman and so on. In the beginning its fun, because you have to adapt your formation according to your opponents, but it quickly gets harder, making it only overwhelming. Music is okay, narration is sometimes interesting, but that is it.3 found this helpful
Very solid game that the developers clearly have put effort towards. I was one of the testers and to see the progress from the early stages to launch is immense.3 found this helpful
Playing the game inside the game is awesome!2 found this helpful
incorrect retelling of the gameplay: went on a hot trip and bought wild mushrooms around the corner at a bargain price, and lo and behold... Here we go1 found this helpful
