The Story

The government has decided to cement the entrance of the Purple Lavender mine after reporting over 117 deaths in the mine and an additional 24 missing. This does not make sense, why did so many people have to perish before action was taken to close down the mine, and how could so many sneak in when the mine is under constant surveillance?

The Purple Lavender mine is scheduled to be cemented in tomorrow morning. This gives me enough time to quickly get in, document the area, and get out. Something is being hidden, and I intend to find out what.

Here is what I know so far about the Purple Lavender Mine:
1) It is reported to have 6 depths, however, I do not believe this has been confirmed.
2) There is a rumor, the deeper you descend, the more messed up things you will experience. Supposedly the pressure starts to mess with your head.
3) The original miners 70 or so years ago are a mystery. Nobody knows who they were or who their families were.

All that is left to do is to set out and hope for the best…

Inside Depth 6 is a short horror game with an estimated single completion time of ~60 min. As such, Inside Depth 6 does NOT offer save-game functionality. Inside Depth 6 must be completed in a SINGLE SITTING.

Inside Depth 6 includes 3 endings coupled with all sorts of achievements, puzzles, and mysteries to solve. And as always, you cannot go wrong with a little Easter egg!

Developer's Note:
And so, yet another game has been completed. This one came a little later than expected, but better late then never. Inside Depth 6 is the first game I've built that does not take place in a single setting. In other words, unlike Suite 776, A Girl's Fabric Face, Mind's Eyes, or any other game I've built before that typically take place in a home, Inside Depth 6 takes place in a very large mine with changing scenery every corner you turn! Of course, that is one of the reasons this game took so long to build, because it was quite literally much larger and more complicated to build than any of my previous games. Nonetheless, I believe the game turned out quite well, and I believe it does its job quite well. I genuinely hope you all enjoy the experience that Inside Depth 6 has to offer.

I am very happy to say that I am continuing to learn new tricks in game development, and I hope to continue learning even more! It is definitely not easy being a 1-man developer who is self-taught; without a doubt, I do reach many limitations throughout the development journey; however, I believe I am still able to overcome many of my limitations to provide you all with an experience to remember!

With that being said, I want to give everybody who has provided me with support a very big thank you! I will continue to learn, grow, and provide better content for you all year-round :)
A short horror adventure
meant to be finished in one sitting i understood this was never meant to be an actual survival horror, its a short adventure game with limited exploration, simple controls and basic puzzles. It just never goes beyond its initial premise. Relying on the same loop of content many other games do: Explore location, find key/item, solve simple memory/number puzzle, insert cheap jump scare here, rinse and repeat. The reveal of the creatures early on, is so in your face, it ruins the all the atmosphere Even though the main objective is to photograph this entity a certain number of times. There was no reason just to have it stand around like an idiot. i'm sure i missed some "jump scares", it's not always this blatantly obvious, but dev should have put more effort hiding it, in multiple locations even. This is just silly. level design doesn't get any better either, just darker as you keep going down.

Inside Depth 6 is a short first-person psychological horror experience that understands how naturally unsettling it can be to descend into an abandoned underground location with no clear idea of what waits below. Developed by Stanislaw Truchowski and published by TurnVex, the game focuses primarily on exploration, environmental tension, puzzles, disturbing discoveries, and a gradually unfolding mystery. Instead of attempting to provide a lengthy survival horror campaign, it concentrates its ideas into a relatively brief adventure designed to maintain tension from the opening moments through the final descent. The story centers on the Purple Lavender mine, an infamous location connected to more than 117 deaths and 24 missing people. Despite this disturbing history, authorities have taken an unusually long time to permanently close the mine. The protagonist becomes suspicious of the circumstances and decides to enter shortly before the entrance is scheduled to be sealed with concrete. The objective is essentially an investigation: explore the abandoned passages, document what remains underground, and discover whether the official explanation hides something more sinister. A particu…

1.8 This is the worst of this devs' personally, The scares to me are really obvious, there's no real threat to them, the entire area is so similar looking and especially there being a maze-like area where you have to press switches that I didn't notice for a while as they are ON the light poles. To get anything but the worst ending you have to collect things that aren't the most obvious and missable, along with no checkpoints so may have to redo 20-30 mins just because you forgot one at the beginning. A pretty rare occurance that I was happy to see the ending start scrolling on my first playthrough for it to be over.

Nope. No save, so you're expected to be a slave to the schedule of the game, not your busy life. Painfully linear, described as an hour of game play, but at least 20-ish minutes of that is useless strolling along the tunnels, so expect an actual 30-40 minutes of game. So close to good...but a save-system was just too much to ask, so I cannot suggest this despite its promise.
