Mama Die and Retry is an old school action platformer that offers a challenging experience through 26 levels and 4 bosses. Fight with a working class hero and discover new horizons filled with a lot of aliens and threats. Use your broom against them. Each time you die, you will retry.
Story
One night, after a hard day at work, MAMA was going home. She is a working class woman, whom nobody sees, nobody thanks her but she is always here. Suddenly a noise arises from the sky and splits the night. Aliens were falling from the clouds, fires were starting in the streets. Earth was under attack, and MAMA was the only one able to handle this with her broom. She needs your help to push back the invasion… Let the journey begin !

Game idea is good but poor controls may be due to nwjs engine. If they have made this game in gamemaker or unity then it may not have such issues. One of the best example is "nongunz" game. It was initially made in same engine and peoples are complaining about it and after that devs have remade it in unity engine and now it become enjoyable and playable.6 found this helpful

Mama Die And Retry is a good old school platformer with hard levels. It has a good length with nearly 30 levels (or ~4-8 hours depending of your skills) spread through 4 different chapters each having their own kind of enemies, traps and boss, leading to a lot of variety so the game remains interesting all throughout.3 found this helpful
"This game is as good a jollof rice made by American wife of purely European decent." - Yoruba Man It somehow manages to capture the worst of late 80s micro and mobile platformers in the same title. Poor controls, graphics that are mostly average but have some quite awful sprites (i.e. fire), and music straight from the depths of Comcast/Xfinity's phone support "you're on hold" archive make this title a not recommended one.3 found this helpful
