About Dipets
You are a child playing Dipets, the most popular video game among children where you have to train your own monsters and face them in combat. When you get home you find a device that transports you to the digital world, but something is wrong. Pixel City, the city of the Dipets, is deserted and soon we will have to take on the task of finding them, restore their memory and rebuild the city.Discover what happened to the inhabitants while exploring the misteries of that world and help them rebuild their city. All of this while taking care of your Dipet.
- Train your own Dipet while taking care of its needs. You will have to feed it, take it to the bathroom or order it when to sleep. Remember to take good care of it because if it gets mad, it won't follow your orders in combat!
- Fight alonside your Dipet against a wide variety of enemies. You will order your Dipet what should do in combat to defeat enemies: use skills, defend, control it to evade area attacks, flee or use items to help it!
- Explore a strange world and discover its misteries. You will travel through diferent biomes, solve different puzzles and discover different friendly villages.
- Help the inhabitants to rebuild the city and its services. The key to success it to recruit different npcs that will unlock new buildings and mechanics like fast travel, shops, farms and much more!

A pixel art RPG isekai where we are sucked into a game and need to help the Dipets restore their city and work out why so many of them have wandered off all over the place. A fun game so far, a feel of the earlier Pokemon games but battle is much more interactive and involves positioning and reactions rather than just turn based pick commands. The artstyle is cute and the various critters (or dipets) we find are adorable - even the ones fighting us sometimes. Looking after our dipet feels rewarding as it evolves and grows strong, and we level up as well picking new skills to unlock. It could do with a bit more clarity on objectives/tasks, although that in itself fits the feel of the earlier RPGs I mentioned! There have been a few small bugs but the developer is very responsive and is working on addressing these quickly so I feel confident these will be addressed soon. Overall I enjoyed my time in it so far, the art and music give it a nice atmosphere and I found myself wanting to explore further. Perhaps most importantly, we can give our lil Dipet headpats/scritches, and its little eating animation is adorable!
