Dungeon No Dungeon: Tyrant's Endgame

Most games like team fight tactics tower of chaos etc. it feels more like you're working towards building big units and trying to focus on synergies this game it feels like it has a bit more of a quantity over quality approach and really makes my impact on the game feel minimal to me at least. I felt the hero incarnation mode was pretty unique because the abilities you pick to keep your run going roguelite wise seem to matter depending on what hero you pick, but the lead up mixing and matching even when you have a ton of success feels like it has minimal impact on the fight that's upcoming basically you really just want one of the passive ability choices that gives your hero sustain if possible. This is a really unique and honestly good bejeweled type upgraded game, but as an older gamer anything that's match 3 is kind of bland feeling and the casual story mode that you have to do before the other…

I'm having a lot of fun. An achievement bugged for me but that was right at launch. Story modes were interesting and felt balanced in difficulty, trying to work my way through Wild Mode, tougher but still enjoying it. This was a fun game with neat art for a good price.

First blush; very fun game. Easy to get into, pleasant art and smooth animations. Match-3 to build bigger units and gather resources, then watch your mans autobattle. Rinse and repeat. Well worth the tiny pricetag. Once you complete the two-sided tutorial "Chess" mode this game really opens up. Wild Brawl is the real main game and allows you to build your team and the support structures before seeing how far you can go. Much more interesting synergies than the tutorial allowed. Heroic Incarnation mode sees you just matching symbols to power up your avatar for the next battle. The more powerful your matches, the stronger your avatar will be as you progress. This more also has permanent progression between runs. I really like this mode as much as the main Wild Brawl. Overall, the game is still one heck of good fun to cost ratio. Quite enjoying it.

At $3, this is a highly entertaining game and definitely better than generic match-3 games. I wasn't able to find a good strategy for buildings, except to spam them. Some buildings, such as a foundry, are better than others.
