Epic Services account required to play multiplayer. Forces open a browser tab on your main browser (not even steam overlay) once you click the Multiplayer beta button. Single player, no so sure. But still, no thanks.

Finished the main storyline, now its all 'in the next update'. Super fun game, a lot of things to do, it honestly doesnt look as bad as people make it sound, there's a big skill tree, its not difficult on normal difficulty. You can modify how you want the night time zombies to be. Story is actually decent, the fairy you get is cute (skins when?). You can have farming and animals. You can explore a lot and it doesnt lock you into linear quest following story. There are some bugs sometimes, like mounts not working, glitching into the wall, every time i place the shared chest it kicks me off the game, sometimes it feels like the game doesnt register the input. But over its so so worth playing it, havent had so much fun with a game in forever and id say its better than Valheim and it should at least have positive reviews, not mixed.

I don't write reviews for games, but I felt like I needed to help move the needle on this one as I have been really enjoying this. Worth $20 for sure. Definitely worth it if on sale. It is like Atlas (pirate Ark game) and 7 Days to Die had a baby and it was raised by a weird nanny that cosplays Dark Souls. It is an adventure survival craft that respects your time. Is it perfect? No. Is it fun and I find myself coming back to it? For sure. Bugs? Some, but not game breaking. Devs seem to be pretty active. Lots and lots of content, especially for early access. Fun skill tree systems. Gameplay progress is rewarding. Exploration is fun and rewarding as well. Pirate music is a win. Graphics are good. Epic games login for multiplayer is just gross, which this requires. I almost refunded, but signed in to it anyways. Was worth it at least. At least only have to log into it once. Also, would be cool if single player characters could be used online, and vice versa for multiplayer characters.

pretty fun game will be nice if they add more traps but overall not bad at all zombie nights get interesting

One of the more polished early access Open World Survival/Crafting/RPGs I've played recently. Most of the secondary systems (e.g. crafting from chests) and Quality of Life mechanics that I look for in a good game are already implemented. - Runs fine on my lower-end system - The exploration is great, tons of stuff to find and do on the giant, finely detailed map - Many (many!) optional side quests for advancement and rewards WELL worth the price.

loved windrose and never even heard of this game until a few days ago, personal opinion this is much better, less graphics than.. but the overall loop and game has kept my attention. ( let us craft from boxes, plz and thank you ) great game so far, only one boss down in 17 hours. Haven't touch the under water, looking forward to that aspect.
