Celestia: Chain of Fate

This game got me feeling some type of way, and NOT in the good way! So they really tried to serve us this Duke's daughter fantasy realness, talking 'bout "Oh you're half angel, half demon" - like okay, that's cute or whatever. They had your girl enrolling in magic school thinking she's about to be the main character energy we deserve. The Academy of Celestia? More like the Academy of Confusion! First of all, they did something right. The CGs is gorgeous. And they let you play all three routes simultaneously in one playthrough instead of locking you down like most Otome games out there. Your character ready to risk it all for ANYBODY who shows up. They also removed all paywall choices from the mobile version, which is cute, but then again snatched ALL the spicy scenes??? Like, we went from rated R to Disney Channel real quick! And here's where it gets messy, and not the good kind of messy: The skip function is BROKEN broken. Can't even go back via the backlog. The whole story contradicting itself left and right like it can't make up its mind. MC falling in love from zero to a hundred REAL quick with no development. It was very fun and well made. However, the sequel is on the mobile app and I am not down with microtransactions. They are predatory. Hopefully they will put the sequel on Steam.

Honestly this game is very boring. The story moves so slowly with very little happening. The demo was good but after that it is incredibly slow.

It's the first time I quit an otome so quickly. I was hyped by the idea of angel and demons, with maye difficult choices and a big story... But the first hour, something made me feel so frustrated : the MC is really Dumb. And everything is very cliché, it's embarassing. (do we really need to talk about the train to go the academy ? it's not just "a nice ref" at this point). It's a refund for me.

you shouldve wrote it on the title if this is book 1. i thought it's already finished, that's why i bought it. now i have to wait for the book 2 to be released to know the ending and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous. the game is good, but i just feel like i've been scammed. lol thx.

I've been played this game since this game available in mobile phones, but i never finished it because the game closed its server and i very sad about it. Now i can finish the story, i still miss the game on the mobile phone though, still have the app on my phone and i will never uninstall it. Love this game.
