Story
The protagonist finds himself mysteriously transported to Terra, a fantasy world empowered by magical crystals. Not long after arriving does he run into Leanna, a Mage-Knight investigating rumors of concentrated energy in the area… which she learns is radiating from him! Together, they journey to understand how he got here and a way for him to return home. They soon discover that his arrival to Terra is more than just a coincidence!

It's my first time playing a PixelFade game and I generally don't touch this genre, but I really enjoyed Crystalline. It's sad to see the Game Company go, but I'm glad I discovered them before it was too late. Leanna is one of my favorite female mc's I can remember, glad her and MC got the happy ending :)2 found this helpful

I have finished this entire story twice now, both via a friend's library before I decided to purchase all of Pixelfade's games before they retired. This is my favorite visual novel of all time. It has amazing art, great characters, fantastic voice acting and even character animations. I think the story itself is also really fun, it's nothing too spectacular but the time you spend with your fellow allies makes it absolutely worth it. There's some meh minigames in there, but they are few and far in between so I can overlook those. I really do recommend this game, but seeing as how the game is no longer available, it might be hard to secure a copy. On Steam at least.
Goodbye Pixelfade you gave us a lot of happiness over the years and I for one will miss the games you produce. I've been a fan since Ace academy and was hoping for a sequel but I guess my hopes will be put to rest. Enjoy your retirement and hope for the best for all of you. Goodbye Pixelfade
