Evil Lurks Below was an ok horror game I suppose and is pretty standard for its genre with finding objects to unlock doors and finding keys. Voice acting is goofy as hell with the text to speech voice but is better than AI voice acting in my opinion. The game also has a cool mechanic of the protagonist looking through orbs that display memories which I haven't seen much indie games do that I have played recently. Story wise it was ok nothing too bad and the design of the antagonist was good as well. Level design was good and detailed too. Overall the game is alright but the text to speech voice isn't the best and can be funny at times https://youtu.be/qRBcoPwqBB44 found this helpful
Overall this game is fairly well put together and I enjoyed it. - Visually the game is solid and the environmental detail is nice. - The Audio is immersive and enforces the game's tone throughout. - For Mechanics the game has a handful of puzzles that varies from finding valves, weapons, or avoiding the antagonist. - The Story is well written and effective with the concept of the game being complimentary to the overall experience. - Performance was great except for a few hitches in the hospital which smoothed out, probably a result of me recording. * My only complaint was the text to speech being used for the dialogue, however you are able to completely turn down the dialogue volume if you would prefer to do so. My personal rating for this game which I refer to as my Final Judgement is that it's a Good game, middle of the road on my scale. It's obviously got a lot of things going for it and it was an overall enjoyable experience for me personally. Keep up the great work and thanks for reaching out to me!2 found this helpful

Pretty fun little horror game that builds great atmosphere and doesn't rely on too many jump scares. Definitely worth a play if that's what you like.
Once the voice over started I was like man, I hope this isn't one of those games... Well. It ends up being pretty sleazy. Had a moment where it could've turned really frustrating but it didn't. The graphics/music were killer and totally fit with the atmosphere. I used DuelSense via usb. Mapped crouch to square with no issues. No bugs and the performance was solid. Decent amount of time to complete the game. It's worth the price. I'm giving this a 9 overall because of how sleazy it was.
