About There's Something In The Ice
In 2015, three scientists at the Antarctic research station "Zarya" drilled into the ice to a depth of 2 kilometers and took samples for study... It seems that what they found was not at all what they were looking for...

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players appreciate the game's eerie atmosphere and The Thing-inspired premise, with some finding it a genuinely tense experience worth playing on sale. However, common complaints center on the protagonist's questionable intelligence, janky movement and animations, visible monsters that undermine the horror, and odd design choices like partial voice acting and limited combat options that frustrate players, especially scientists who feel NPCs should be smarter and more resourceful.
Short indie horror, let's say "inspired by" The Thing. It's not the worst thing ever but the stupidity of the protagonist is actually quite alarming. Some interesting ideas sprinkled here but I didn't feel like this was worth the hour in the end.1 found this helpful
Game was fun good story and graphics..enjoyed the creepy bunker vibe some good jump scares.
pretty fun, pretty much the Thing
Unplayable. Looks pixelated. Settings don't work. Can't say anything for the story because I can't play the game. Upon viewing the discussions, there seem to be other problems this developer is ignoring. Save your money for now.
Good eerie horror game, benefiting from a chilling setting and a tense atmosphere. Nice little throwback to the Thing. Very short, but good. Definitely recommended, especially if you buy it on sale.
9/10. Really reminded me of the thing and took me back to my childhood watching the movie .
