Warning: Asset Flip!
Cadoom is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software, took the Tokyo Stylized Environment game assets from the real developers, Shua, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. Tero just took Shua's little demo map/asset pack and a couple of other similar asset packs stolen off the internet, dropped them on a basic Unreal shooter blueprint, and dumped a few stolen monster assets onto the map too, it's another minimum viable product, a scam intended to get YOUR money for someone else's game assets. This is the kind of thing that gives indie developers such a bad name. Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Prison Puzzle" = [url=h…

Cadoom is a small-scale retro first-person shooter developed and published by Bonittor Games that wears its inspirations proudly. Rather than chasing modern trends with elaborate progression systems or cinematic storytelling, the game focuses on the fundamentals of classic shooters: moving through dangerous environments, eliminating monsters, collecting supplies, and reaching the end of each stage. Its straightforward premise revolves around surviving a series of levels and locating a cake that serves as the objective needed to advance, creating a lighthearted goal that complements the game's arcade-like structure. One of the game's most appealing qualities is its commitment to simplicity. From the moment gameplay begins, players are thrown into action without unnecessary tutorials or lengthy narrative sequences. The design philosophy clearly prioritizes accessibility, making it easy for newcomers to understand while offering a nostalgic experience for veterans who grew up with shooters from the 1990s. The levels encourage exploration, not only because players must find the exit objective, but also because valuable resources are hidden throughout each map. Combat serves as the he…

A very bad walking sim. There is nothing wow to the levels, just resized and copy pasted. You can finish all levels without even shooting because the map allows you to skip all enemies without worrying about dying.
