Hotel Manager Simulator (2026)

I cant recommend it in this state. The dev is currently attentive but Ive seen simulator games released too soon have great devs who eventually give up so Im worried about that possibly happening. Not many features or progression. Waiting around for calls is a nightmare. Pointing your mouse is extremely off (I have to guess where the phone is by pointing all over the floor and ceiling AROUND the phone) you cant use sliders on the in-game computer at all with controller, but the mouse is invisible if you use mouse so again you're guessing where to click. There are empty features that do nothing such as in-game computer gambling. Steam really needs to crack down on new game devs who dont have the basics down and pump games out too fast incompleted. In early access it is supposed to of already been tested heavily, we aren't supposed to be testing an alpha shell for you, but rather simply playing an unfinished game with some missed bugs. I'm not being mean, Im a software dev student. I get it. But you really should have accurate inputs, on screen mouse icons, feature tests down before you release apps. I really hope you pull through. Itd be nice to finally see a dev who released a game…

In-game delivery orders aren't arriving, making it impossible to retrieve the items needed to install toilets, showers, and beds in the hotels, which halts all progress. I do not recommend this game until the developer fixes this issue.👎❌️

My criticism is specifically aimed at the current beta version of the game. Unfortunately, many important features are still missing. For example, laundry does not need to be washed. There are only four food products available, which can be served either in the café or directly to guests at the door. Once you have a second floor, this becomes particularly impractical and annoying. The cleaning staff mostly wanders amilessly around the lobby and only occasionally deans the rooms. The furniture selection is very limited, and usedul extras such as soap are completely missing. The rooms themselves are far too small, the bathroom looks so cramped that it almost appears to be underwater. Furniture delivery is also cumbersome, especially when you have ordered serveral items at once. I do like the idea of the parking meters and the café, although the café urgently needs significant improvement.

I absolutely love this game. With it in early access, I do have some advice to make it more fun! 1. Give us some way to build in the lobby-- perhaps chairs, couches, a tv, ect, to make it more lively! 2. Expand on cleaning. The guests could dirty up bedsheets and the room, so we and cleaners have to take care of it before the room is avaliable for another person. 3. If every room is taken, allow guests to be turned away, or let them wait in the lobby, until a room is open so reputation points aren't lost. If guests are turned away with an open room, then reputation should be lost! Either way, this game is so fun. I will be putting many more hours in.

I thoroughly enjoyed building the hotel rooms. Quite stressful trying to balance booking your guests and customizing the first few days.
