Be the manager of a motel alongside a shop and a gas station. Build, renovate, expand and grow your business to attract more customers. Clean, design and furnish your rooms. Choose styles, color schemes, equipments and decorations to create a unique atmosphere and get the maximum revenue possible. Keep your shop shelves full of products that travellers might need.
Design your rooms (floor, walls and roof) and furnish them, keep them clean to satisfy your customers. You will have a lot of choices so bring your creative ideas to life.
Provide every product you can. Order, stock in warehouse and keep track of the prices to make profit. Design your shop as you wish and keep it clean, otherwise customers will leave immediately. Place different shelves and fridges inside your shop and keep them full.
High popularity means more customers and high rating means happy to pay customers. Make sure you serve them in time and provide every thing they need. Customers are always right.
At some point you will not be able to run everything by yourself. Cash register, fuel pump, cleaning, motel check in/out and shelf filling are a lot of work. But don't worry, you can build a staff room and hire people to help you with all of it. But you will have to do the management and be the boss.
Order shipments of products/equipment and every thing you need run your motel. Set prices for shop products and room renting. Give your employees assignments and make sure you're paying them.
Expand your business to serve more customers and make more profit, three fuel pumps are better than just one as long as there are customers to serve, so make sure to invest in the right place.
you can add a lot of ideas to your motel, such as payphones and vending machines to make more money. Or build a bus station to attract more customers. You can even place ads in your motel area to generate more cash (if you have the required popularity).Key Features

I'd like to be able to recommend this game, but it's plainly unfinished and suffers from a wide variety of bugs, a lack of endgame content, and a profound lack of QOL features. Here are some examples: - Employees frequently idle for extended periods for no obvious reasons. - Traffic AI is bad enough to cause reliable jams that you are then obliged to fix yourself. - God help you if you order a bunch of books at once. None of them come boxed up, they can't be boxed, you can't upgrade your ability to manually hold objects, and consequently this is immensely tedious. - Advertisement is unclear with regard to when your payouts arrive and can be collected, and this also applies to automatically paying employees. - Price Setting is barely required or worth doing. It is barely affected by your rising rating, and while it does work as intended as far as customer failure-chance, there's absolutely no reason to ever use less than 100% chance, since you can dismiss extra customers for free, juggle them by asking them to wait, or simply accept the popularity cost, since it has no real benefit. - Cars don't appear to function or have any purpose. I wanted to return this game due to performance issues. It is too laggy to play on my system. I tried changing the graphics settings to fix the stuttering, but the changes don't seem to apply or improve the frame rate. My PC simply cannot run it properly I tried requesting a manual review for this refund. While Steam shows I have 22 hours on record, I have not actually played the game. I left the game open on the loading screen overnight hoping it would load, but it never did because my computer cannot run it. When I try to play, it is completely laggy and unplayable, and changing the graphics settings does not help. Please check my actual achievements or gameplay data if possible, as the game has just been sitting idle. i have not had time to play this game when i bought it and just forgot about it. they denied a return due to my time online and past 14 days i am frustrated because i did not build my pc and have a laptop. i hope this helps people
