Neat idea poorly executed. Over 30 GB suggests to me that the game is not particularly well optimized and it doesn't run great, I ran into lighting, gameplay, and physics bugs. The hotel management aspect is barely implemented, no real process for guests checking in and out, but hey, you can catch ghosts and roll dice with a chicken, if that's the reason you wanted to play a hotel renovation game. The actual renovation part of the game is okay, the UI is clunky, and the color options are a pain to go through. There are too many options for things that don't need them, such as dozens of different candle shapes and drinking glasses. Some variety is important of course, but having an extra level of menu for those categories would have gone a long way, and I can't help but remember this game is 38 GIGABYTES as I'm flipping through the 18th bronze statue option. To be clear, the game could have justified that download size if it was particularly attractive or detailed, but the NPCs look horrible, animations are stiff, lighting maps are a mess, and it simply doesn't look like a game that is THREE TIMES the file size of say... House Flipper, a game that it clearly took inspiration from,…1 found this helpful
This is a terrible game, don't waste your time there are any number of better options for games of this genre.

Entertaining and allows for a lot of creativity
Honestly, it was a good game. But it needs polishing. There are still so many bugs with the customer requests and challenges. There was a customer that noted there was a ghost in the room, the ghost bugged and it wouldn't let me get rid of the ghost. I had to just continuously hear the ghost noise and it got annoying quick.
Buggy, bloated abandonware. Even when it's on sale, probably not worth it - go and enjoy House Flipper and House Flipper 2.
