About Loop//Error

This game is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed. This game contains flashing lights and visual effects that may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsySomething is watching you. Something is waiting.Alone in the dead of night, you find yourself sent on a simple errand—to check on a quiet gas station on the outskirts of town. But nothing here feels right. The air is heavy with something unspoken, the radio crackles with words that don't belong, and the station itself... shifts.Every step forward drags you deeper into a nightmare of fractured reality and unseen terrors. Strange voices whisper in your ear, shadows stretch and writhe, and the choices you make will carve your fate. Will you listen? Will you obey? Or will you resist, knowing that every decision carries a price?

Features:

  • Psychological Horror – Experience a slow-burning descent into paranoia, dread, and disturbing imagery.
  • Atmospheric Pixel Art – A haunting handcrafted world brought to life with eerie animations and lighting.
  • Dynamic Sound Design – A chilling original soundtrack and unnerving ambient sounds that react to your actions.
  • Multiple Endings – Your fate is not set. Discover different outcomes depending on your actions.
  • A short horror experience crafted by a solo developer - roughly 30mins of finely tuned tension
This isn't a place you can escape by running. Something wants you here. And it will make sure you stay.

https://youtu.be/I8Q3nigwXlM Horror focused on the protagonist flagellating themself is a viable narrative hook but needs to be backed up with meaningful weight for the inner conflict.

Interesting game, makes me wonder how I got 100% completion, yet the 'take a photo' scene never came.

Neat little game. It was creepy the first time around but any playthroughs after are pretty similar. I'd recommend getting this on a sale if you enjoy horror visual novels. Not bad but a very short experience.

Recommended. A solo-developed horror visual novel about a purgatorial night shift built from unprocessed grief, told through dithered, found-footage forum posts that look like nothing else on the market. The aesthetic (Game Boy Camera grain, corrupted frames that invent figures in the image) amplifies the whispering-caller dread perfectly, and the writing earns its four endings (answer or ignore the call, mailbox key or broken window, tool shed or hospital room) at fifteen to twenty minutes each, with all eight achievements collectible in about an hour. Some choices are pure flavour that dead-end identically, and repeat runs demand re-reading identical text with only space-bar spam for skipping; the near-total darkness also reads as a crash before the trick lands. Small costs for a distinct, confident short that recontextualises itself satisfyingly at the end.

Another milk inside a bag of milk wannabe that's just as bad as the other. Short and effectless.

really blew my mind other than that it's a nice short horror visual novel, after 1-2 endings, getting the other ones feels rather time consuming and repetitive, especially with the cutscenes when cutting through the dialogue, wish there were like checkpoints, but maybe that's just my lazy ass complaining. i also found it a tad disappointing that some stuff from the trailer and screenshots didn't appear in the gameplay, now i don't know if there's gonna be an update or that content was removed prior release or i just didn't see it in my playthrough. overall i like the concept and would love to see more
