If there was a neutral option, I would probably choose it however I lean towards not recommending the game. Before I explain what are the issues with the game are, there are a few positives. The art is great, the music fits with theme of the game and the sound design is nice. Let’s talk about the issues with the game. The story is dull. Compared to the other games this developer has made, it’s a shame. The other games are cheesy yet fun. This game is missing that. I don’t really like the cast of characters. The hint system is just not good. I suck at puzzles and figuring out where to go. The hints given weren’t helpful. You might as well not have it or rephrase it so they help the player or just tell the player what to do. The biggest issue I have with this game and honestly made me stop playing is the combat. This dice system feels over complex for no reason. Even the game says ‘ha-ha don’t worry you will get used to even if it doesn’t make sense.’ so the game is aware the system is not good. Sometimes simpler is better. I honestly just escaped from fights because the combat is so horrible. Its poorly explained. On top of that there is a tiring system, MP and others. W…

saw the "impregnated" status effect and mightve been a hasty purchase its nice but no animations is a dealbreaker for me. some things are not handled well like not knowing what your status is until youre done with the battle and look at the menu (NOT gonna get anything by those little icons)

This game definitely has it's ups and downs. The dice system seems like a really fun idea to balance risk vs. reward, but in my experience the way to stop the dice was very touchy. I'd hit the enter button a few times and it wouldn't stop. It could be an issue on my side, but it didn't feel like it. It didn't feel like I had enough ways to guarantee a few good dice face rolls like the sword or magic. This led to an issue in the farm section where I had to just spam the maximum MP cost attack and hope i got two magic symbols or two sword symbols to remove the crops. I played the game on Mercy mode and I can't imagine someone beating the game without it as by halfway through a world, you could have all your skills exhausted so losing would be guaranteed and make the next night even worse. I did enjoy being able to adjust my equipment with different effects that increased or decreased stats and gave better dice rolls, but I do wish they were able to be sold and bought so I didn't have to rely on RNG for if I got a good equipable or not. Overall I enjoyed the experience of the game, but those really frustrating sections makes it so I can't recommend this game to anyone else since…
