Quarantine Zombies

overall playing this was pretty fun, originally playing demo i was skeptical specially comments on the full play version of this saying Quarantine zone was better and actually playing Quarantine zone vs this Quarantine zombie, i prefer this over that, zombies are kind of "griddy" but way better then Quarantine zone's version, the symptoms and actually diagnosing them does get hard to spot and sometimes can check a person out 100x's and still can't see symptoms but the in game hint's from your character helps to making sure a better decision on a patient, i really love the ability to leave the zone too which gives it better feel to the game then being stuck in a zone and doing the same things over and over again as for checking someone, making a decision on them, and then sleeping just to do what feels like the same thing all over again like Quarantine zone does. plus this is cheaper and better quality, can't wait for more updates, more to the paths/ expansions to the game (don't wanna spoil to much lol) but overall 10/10 recommend, and i feel if you made it possible to explore more of the land, find survivors around the map and/or in buildings and bunker/etc., added the ability to …

Definitely Quarantine Zone but instead of drones you get to make it personal which is a very welcomed change to make it more enjoyable. Just wish they had an endless mode so i can just keep going and more area and buildings outside the base to explore.

This game is an unomptimized mess, I cannot in good conscience recommend this game. Go play Quarantine Zone The Last Check instead.

Truthfully, I’m on the fence about this one — it still needs a lot of work. If you like Quarantine Zone, this feels like a less‑polished version with lots of issues and a bunch of spin‑off ideas that don’t quite come together. Issues: Optimisation is rough — constant stutters, especially whenever zombies spawn. Economy is poorly balanced — quarantining costs $800 a day, symptoms take 2–3 days to change, and you only earn $600 for a correct diagnosis. The math just doesn’t add up. No clear explanation for infected slipping through — people can show 100% no symptoms yet still get flagged. Either explain the mechanic or give players proper tools to detect it. Hint system is weak — most of the time it just says they’re “waiting for your decision,” which isn’t helpful. Turrets are basically useless — the first turret can barely kill one zombie out of a hundred, and further upgrades don’t make it much better. Mainland infection rating never decreases — it should slowly drop over time instead of staying permanently high.
