The retro art style is incredible. The constant back-and-forth between running, hiding, and scavenging is intense. The moody lighting feels suffocating, and the strong color contrast between each key area makes them unique and memorable. All of these features accumulate into an art style that is not only hauntingly stylized but is also a wonderful foundation for an oppressive atmosphere. [*][b]Survival Horror Escape Room:[/b] The resource/inventory management of survival horror naturally bodes well for the puzzle-solving of escape rooms. The game presents these two aspects in equal measure. You need to scour the whole asylum, secure the key items within your very limited inventory slots, and figure out each possible escape solution while avoiding the maniacal doctor. 2/10 find keys and unlock doors - crashed on me once

This is a weird one for me because this is not my style of game...and I didn't enjoy it. But I do recommend it. The easiest way to put it is that this reminds me of games like Clock Tower, but I am a Resident Evil player. I don't enjoy hiding or stealth. I don't mind running around enemies, but I don't want to hide in a locker and wait. And there really isn't much here...its a play through and beat it, or start over from the beginning type of game. But what this game does very well is the mood. If stealth style horror games are your thing..than you will probably love it. Everything is so dark and gritty. The mood is the only thing that kept me going for a few longer because it was starting to suck me in. Then the gameplay came back and it wasn't sucking me in anymore.

Very fun little escape the house style horror game. The map is enjoyable to explore and the NPCs aren't too bad to outsmart and outrun. There are multiple ways to escape and thus multiple endings to strive for, which I found unique in this genre of horror game. It's very enjoyable to hear the Doctor and Nurse's voice lines as they hear you make sounds or spot you and chase you. They are the perfect amount of campy and entertaining and match this game's art style perfectly. The only issue I have is that you have to complete a playthrough of the game in one sitting, there is no saving during a run.

This game was really enjoiable, pretty simple cat and mouse gameplay, but I love it so no complains. The game design is realy nice, the two main characters are really intresting an well voiced. Escapes are intresting tho I always seem to never be able to find the sewing kit. Another thing that I really liked is that there are no really safe places in the are where the Doctor is, the first time [spoiler] I though that the asylum area after the cracked floor was a safe zome because when you drop from the operation room there is no way for the doctor to come (if you dont open the crawling space), but then he came and jumped the hole and I got an heart attack lol [/spoiler] Now a list of things that I would love to see changed: - I think the main door escape in a little blame, I tend to completely ignore it, viceversa maybe in nightmare is a little to easy. - I dont like that when the elevator gets to a floor when you are inside, that the inner door automatically opens. - Now it feels pretty easy to access the car and baloon escape because there are no threat there, you just drop the items in the elevator or down the pipe and then later you pick them up and safely use them (the monst…
