Palm Sugar: A Village Story

A simple yet fun game. I personally liked the art style. I am a fan of pixel art games and this was a good one too. If you are from India and understand Hindi/Hinglish, I highly recommend playing in Hinglish, its funnier and enjoyable in that way. Of Course, the Devs have added other language support which is a plus for others. Story is short, I would have loved some more side quests because the ones I did in my playthrough were really fun and brought some charm to the village, this could be expanded upon more with few more interesting side quests. Other than that this game has a lot of charm in itself, personally felt the controls slightly clunky but overall experience was great when when I got used to them a bit and was just roaming in "F**k around and find out" mode. XD

I really like the art, story and gameplay. It captures the essence of an Andhra village. Gameplay is quite fun too. But the story is way too short and rushed, and feels like jumping from one check point to another without letting us relate or grow with the characters. And most of my playtime was spent walking/diving between locations which is a chore. With a bit more story and plot (and faster travel mechanisms), this game has amazing potential. Overall it's a cute simple game with a rushed storyline but fun entertainment

One of the most beautiful games I've ever played. Beautiful story, short and sweet. The art and the gameplay is so lovely, the fights were challenging and a beautiful credits screen and credits song. I really look forward to playing more games by your team. I only wish the game was longer. It's been a while since I played the game and the visuals are still stuck in my head. Thank you for giving me this beautiful artpiece.

50 shades of [spoiler] Geetha [/spoiler] ani petaali 😂. Art style chala bagundi, really love the voice over and design. Kani chaala chaala chinna game idi. [spoiler] I got not so good ending [/spoiler] kani i beleive there should be some way i can get a [spoiler] positive ending [/spoiler] There is so much scope to this game. I know as a free DLC or even paid, you guys can do a lot of stuff. Some major problems unayi, like you can literally cheese the enemies and there are no unique attack patterns. but overall this is a good baseline. Final song and the menu music was goated. And as i said, you can make a ton of content on the same baseline. [spoiler] I would really appriciate an ending where we get to choose a way to join geetha and run the cartel. Kaani thats upto the story writers. Kani i could guess that Geetha vala nanna ne main guy ani. Geetha to kalisi manchiga cartel run cheste aa kick e veru abba [/spoiler]
