Crim's Humble Opinion Curator Adventure Delivery Service is a fun indie rouge title that you can get a decent amount of enjoyment out of. There are three stages and a tutorial that are procedurally generated. The generation of everything does follow a format though. The weapons you find on level one for instance will all be lvl 1 weapons. This prevents you from being too overpowered. You can get stronger over time regardless due to a skill tree system. There is a variety of weapons and armor to be found. There are melee weapons and ranged weapons. The range weapons run on batteries which you will find as drops, and the melee weapons have a chance to be elemental such as fire or ice. The shields and helms (armor) can boost abilities like bombs, battery use, or just protect you from attacks. There is a dodge button that allows you to dive through ranged attacks. I love how enemy ranged attacks hurt enemies as well if they get in the crossfire. The skill tree system is accessed at stores and is completed by using chips which can be found as drops. Even if you die you keep your chips. The game can be difficult but it…17 found this helpful

For me that was like 10 tries, but I made a lot of stupid mistakes. Has it been in a bundle: No Is there a good guide available: You don't need a guide. Does difficulty affect achievements: Yes, you need to complete the normal game and hard mode Unobtainable/glitched achievements: No This was my first roguelike game and I enjoyed it a lot. It looks simple but is a lot of fun. You'll learn which weapons you prefer and will upgrade your character a lot. I had to try hard mode a lot to finish it. Completing the th…5 found this helpful
For $0.99, this is a good deal. I love the music (classic Runescape vibes), and the combat feels simple and fun. The procedural generation is nice. It does start to become challenging with room having more and more monsters, but the game is always fair. Great for watching a younger family member play. I played it for 5.6 hours as of review time so that's about $0.18 per hour lol. If you are even looking at the store page for it... just buy it.1 found this helpful
Fun fact! I originally played this game through an early demo at a convention quite a long time ago, and it was probably my favorite part of the convention, plus I got to talk to the developer and provide my "ideas" (I cannot confirm if these ideas were any good, considering I was much younger.) Either way, this is a fun, neat little game I highly recommend playing, even for a little bit to finish the main campaign. It has a lot of charm, and with a price tag of only a dollar, it's a steal. The combat, while a little annoying later in the game, relying a lot on upgrades to finish the hardest mode, is pretty fun and has a good amount of interesting mechanics and weapon variety, plus the hats providing passive benefits.
This is a fun little rogue like game that reminds me in a lot of ways of Legend of Zelda with the graphics, music, and combat. It's not a massive game world and I didn't notice any puzzles but I don't think it needs them. It's a quick pick up and play for a while type of game and I really have to say I was surprised at how much I actually do enjoy it. Good Job Devs!
I really enjoyed this fun little game. It's got a lot of charm and the main combat loop is tight. The difficulty curve feels just about perfect for a roguelite; it took me several attempts to make it through normal difficulty, but each time I made it further than the last. There is enough variety in the weapons and items to keep each run fresh as well. Learning enemies and timings feels great while the unique room layouts keep every encounter feeling unique and keeping you on your toes. I enjoyed the small amount of exploration in the overworld although I wish it was a bit more present throughout. I also wish there was a bit less incentive to backtrack between floors and rooms. When low on health, money, bombs, or batteries it's easy to just go back to get more, but very time consuming. Overall this game is small, but very fun experince. I'd guess there's about 5-6 hours of content here which is very reasonable considering the price. It was engaging and engaged and interesting, but never overstayed its welcome.
