Dead Game, And Just Casually Dropped My IP22 found this helpful
It is not finished yet. I shall wait later...11 found this helpful
To be fair they say its not a finished project. Brief play-through of 10min : My ghost got stuck at spawn between the chairs in the church and was flailing the arms around, was really funny! Also said ghost was going on about being my father, so I threw salt at it and it dropped like a pack of overcooked noodles. It does have potential tho, as I did get a jump scare once I was walking out of the church and died instantly, don't know which relative that ghost was... However, please please do something about the walking stomping noise, I felt like that was so annoyingly loud and had to remove the headset not to rage-quit. For now I'll say recommended since I laughed so much during my little game. Giving it a try later again.8 found this helpful

Altar, developed and published by Fernino, is a compact psychological horror experience that prioritizes mood, symbolism, and interpretation over traditional gameplay systems. It presents itself as a slow, introspective journey through a confined and unsettling environment, where the focus is less on action or survival and more on absorbing atmosphere and piecing together meaning from subtle cues. The gameplay is intentionally minimal, centering on exploration and interaction within a limited setting. Players move through enclosed areas, examine objects, and trigger events that gradually reveal fragments of a larger narrative. There are no combat mechanics, complex puzzles, or skill-based challenges to overcome, and progression is tied almost entirely to observation. This design makes the experience highly accessible, as it requires little in the way of mechanical mastery, but it also places a heavy burden on the game’s atmosphere and pacing to maintain engagement. The player is not tested in a traditional sense…
