Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. This is creatively bankrupt stuff, effectively plagiarism, and it's bad for everyone. If you consider "Amarok Dreams", the product this is advertising, but doesn't exist, it was just an incredibly lame first person horror jumpscare asset flip... even if it did exist, you wouldn't want to buy it. The developer directly stole the soundtrack of this game, a deliberate for-profit act of intellectual property …3 found this helpful
Amarok Dreams Demo is a compact independent horror experience built around nightmares, uncertainty, and the unsettling history of a school that appears incapable of escaping its past. Developed and published by Kirley Games, the project is presented as a remake of The Dream Theory, an earlier title associated with MaXoMeR Games. The remake involved Kirley Games, PartumGameTutorials, and MaXoMeR Games, with the concept being reworked into a darker experience featuring a VHS-influenced visual direction. Rather than relying on a complicated premise, the game takes a familiar location and gradually makes it feel hostile through psychological horror, exploration, puzzles, and questions about what is actually real. The story centers on St. Alliston, a school reopening after a disturbing history. Henry Clayton becomes its new headmaster and hopes to improve the institution despite the events associated with its past. Players do not assume Henry's role, however, but instead experience the situation through his son. This provides the mystery with a personal dimension because the protagonist is connected to the person responsible for the school while simultaneously becoming trapped in incre…
This game is a**
I don't even really know what to write for a review as I only played this for 5 minutes then gave up. Gave next to no time to react for a chase sequence, and then (unless I got REALLY turned around) the path you're supposed to take changed, so I died quickly. Not fun.
A game where you play as a mentally challenged man with a limited vocabulary and Swedish accent, wondering his way through the woods in an attempt to hold mouse 1 on things and evade the ear rape monster while navigating the various dead ends in the map.
