About Arcadius
Arcadius is a relaxing multiplayer resource gathering sim. Explore an open world while collecting and gathering hundreds of unique resources with other players. Compete to be the best at your skill & enjoy over 90 achievements on launch.
Fishing Skill:
Fishing allows you to collect a lot of unique fish, The rarer the fish, the more money it's worth and the more XP you will receive. Fish are native to their environment, You can fish in multiple different environments such as ponds, oceans, and lava. Buy bait and craft new rods in order to improve your chances of catching more and rarer fish!
Mining Skill:
The islands of Arcadius are filled with unique ores each one is harder to obtain than the other. However, mining is the basis of all other skills as you will need to refine these ores into bars so you can craft the best tools imaginable! There are over 16 unique ores with more to come with each update.
Woodcutting Skill:
Every tool in Arcadius will need some sort of wood, Tree cutting is a tedious task but an important one. Each tree are spread out across the lands of arcadius
Crafting:
After a hard day's work of gathering resources you can head to the workbench and craft new tools, But only if you meet that skills level requirement.
Collections:
Over 200 collectible items exist in the world Arcadius and this list expands with each and every update. Fish, tools, wood, ores, harvestables all count towards completing your collection and maximizing your achievement gain.
Smelting:
Every ore can be smelted in Arcadius, Most crafting recipes require a more refined resource. Using coal or wood as the fuel you can forge bars that help compact your inventory and get used for crafting.
Upgrade Tools:
Speak to the Blacksmith on the island if you wanna upgrade your current tools. But every upgrade has a cost.

Thank you for returning to the game +state of game +a community plea First I wanted to say, thank you dev for returning. The game IS back, and IS playable, that being said I want to catalogue the state of the game, where it went, what has happened, and where it is now, for new people and for old veterans like me. first of all, the beginning to today for those who were, are, and will be here: 2-4 years ago this game came out, simple island, with nothing but mining and chopping (mostly for wood for the pickaxe.) It's the island (that is there now except was different) and had a giant thing at the peak that was a cave-labyrinth where you found important things from light gems and sapphire onward. It was simple, sweet, to the point. Then came the fishing update with plans of an island off in the distance. Dev closed game. Dev returned with a HUGE island that included fishing, alchemy, mining, tree felling, and gathering. It was a biiiiig island that included glass making and a few other brand new things. Dev closed the game, it disappeared for a hard year, no one knew what was going on, discord got shut down, all of us were left in the dark. a year later, t…1 found this helpful
VERY GOOD GAME I LIKE IT ALOT
I don't know how many times this game has been reset and peoples stats completely wiped but it has brought me to not want to play this game like at all, maps keep changing, things keep being wiped. i remember one of the earlier versions of this game where you could make higher tier bars and they were removed in a later patch. this game is not even fun anymore because of constant changing of maps, resetting stats, and overall, just not enjoyable gameplay anymore. i remember when this "Company" tried to sell Arcadius to a different company and all the lies they told them, and they immediately backed out. ♥♥♥♥ game. don't play it. you're wasting your time.
