• Stamina Management: Every desperate strike and calculated block expends your stamina bar. Blind button-mashing will leave you completely defenseless.

When pushed to the brink of death, monsters like the vicious Wakwak, the creeping Tiktik, or the flying, torso-detaching Manananggal will attempt to flee back into the night.
