Bobble Shop Simulator

Keep playing until day 3, trust me. This game is not what you think it is. No spoilers but just know that you MUST keep playing until day 3 to really get a good feel for the game. I really enjoy how smooth everything is, like the stocking of shelves, handling of money, opening products, everything feels very nice and the sound effects are satisfying. The prices and scaling of the game feel really well balanced and I like that you can see what can be later unlocked so it gives you a feel for just how much this game has to offer. I know it only shows 3 hours here but i've logged a lot of hours into the demo. If you don't enjoy the handling of money or dealing with transactions then just hire handy help! I'm loving all the unique bobble heads and cards, some of the card descriptions are hilarious. I really like that the market changes so it's not just a mindless sim if you want to really maximize your cash you can check the market and sell high and buy low! There is a lot of cheeky humor hidden throughout the game and you can tell the dev put a lot of time and love into this project. It's a refreshing change from all the AI slop i've been seeing. If you're a fan of shop sims, you're absolutely going to love this one. There's lots to do, lots of polish, and bobble heads that come to life that you have to burn to death, what's not to love!

Fun game if you're into these shop simulators. Offers the usual shop sim grind with some unique features, which definitely gives you a lot of time for value. Maybe a bit less polished than other games in the genre, but comes at a lower price.

Really cozy game. Take it easy, sell bobbles, sell cards, collect bobbles, collect cards, enjoy. The developer is actively working on the game, I've raised bug reports in his stoat and he fixes fairly quickly. He also takes in feedback from negative reviews and addresses those problems directly. Just raise issues in the stoat (discord alternative) or steam community and he jumps right on them. Worth noting that I get plenty of FPS running at 4k with this itty bitty gpu.

I'll give credit where credit is due. The Dev took my suggestions and ran with them. And as a result, the game is not nearly as clunky or hard to play. If you like these types of games, this is a nice little version of them. I will gladly change my verdict to a "Yes". It's not a AAA title, but it's not trying to be. It IS an enjoyable little shop sim with a Dev that actually listens. You could do worse. ----- Origianl Review ----- With a few QOL improvements, this could be a really fun game. As it is right now, it's a lot of frustration. First thing that tripped me up: The Credit Card Machine. Let's say the sale is $18.90. In any other game you can enter "18.9" and it will fill out that last "0". Not so here. I lost SO much money in my first game because I was in a hurry. Had to restart. You can also give incorrect change in cash transactions - but ONLY if it's in the customer's favor! Either you can give incorrect change (both ways) or you can't. This tries to do both. Here's another: a customer will grab things off the shelf even if the price is not set. So do NOT set out new Merch (or unpriced collectables) while you have customers in the store.
