Box of Broken Nails

I love how open ended the game feels with its narrative. The more I think about it, the more interesting it gets, because the story is so up for interpretation, you can effectively fill the gaps with whatever feels right. The game gives just enough to drive you mad, then pull you up, and gives you the rest to think about on your own.

Short horror games that one can easily apply their own life into and reflect on.

I haven't actually played this game and don't plan to myself because I don't typically seek out horror *to play*, but watching a youtube playthrough idly I was kind of really struck by it and wanted to show my appreciation for it. very thoughtful short experience!

Beautifully tense game, really good at making you feel exactly the kinds of emotions it wants you to feel. Last third of the game was underwhelming but the ending of said third was decent enough to the point where I don't feel like complaining too much. Outstanding sound design, definitely play with headphones, and turn up the volume a bit, I personally felt like this game's sound works best if it's a bit overbearingly loud.

A short, well made, horror game. It's a couple of hours tops, but it is worth the 5$ price tag.

A wonderfully tense short horror game. There is more to it than meets the eye if you care to look, but I was satisfied with my single playthrough.
