About Camp Sunshine
Camp Sunshine is a 16-bit blood-soaked Horror RPG that pits you as Jez, who is dropped off at Summer Camp. He awakes in the middle of the night to discover blood everywhere, a rampaging killer on the loose dressed in a mascot costume and himself involved in a deadly game of cat and mouse! It's up to you to piece together the puzzle, and relive the past of the Summer Camp Slasher in order to put a stop to this night of terror.

Nice game, but goosebumps for kids. It can be refined, since some of its mechanics and graphics seem slightly bugged. Despite that, it's a good game. Even if it looks repetitive, the developers made a good job not to bore the player. Apart for some puzzles, the majority of the adventure constitutes in find objects and use them on specific other location around the camp. The story isn't too original, but it doesn't mean it's not well written, and the developers put a lot of attention on animating every cutscene. Despite my preference for psychological, Gothic horror, this game is both a good pastime with an interesting story.1 found this helpful
Good Game
I love pixel horror! I didn't get any achievements during my play time, but I still had fun.
Nothing too interesting or note worthy to say. The game has some easter eggs like a reference to Nightmare on Elm Street and some nice soundtracks, some quirky (but forgetable) characters but also mediocre puzzles and no combat - just running away. Overall pretty meh but can make for ok-ish experience. No achievements. Played better, played worse. Took me under 4h to finish with lots of walking around and checking every corner.

1/5 Stars - ABANDONED BY THE DEVELOPERS Camp Sunshine on Steam is a complete disappointment. This retro horror/adventure game was released in 2016, and we've been loyal fans ever since. However, it's clear that the developers have given up on us Steam players. While Xbox, PS4, and PS5 players get to enjoy achievements and a complete experience, we're stuck with an incomplete game. It's unacceptable that the developers would neglect their Steam audience like this. The lack of support and updates is a clear indication that the developers don't care about their Steam players. We're left with a game that's missing a crucial part of the experience. AVOID THIS GAME IF YOU'RE A STEAM PLAYER If you're a Steam player, there's no reason to waste your time or money on this game. The developers have made it clear that they don't value their Steam community. UPDATE: I've tried to reach out to the developers about this issue, but they've ignored my concerns. It's clear that they're not interested in supporting their Steam players. ZERO STARS WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH TO REFLECT THE POOR SUPPORT WE'VE RECEIVED
