Players are divided on this game's controversial premise about a priest catching children to save them from the devil. While some find the dark humor appealing and enjoy the gameplay despite low-poly graphics and simple mechanics, others consider the concept in extremely poor taste and criticize the game's technical shortcomings, including lack of graphics options, broken achievements, and non-functional multiplayer features. The overall reception is polarized between those who appreciate the edgy concept and those who view it as offensive with substandard technical implementation.

Catch The Kids: Priest Simulator Game is a poor taste joke game that has you taking on the role of a priest, chasing children. To save them from the devil, of course. It's a laughably poor 3D rendered low poly top down action game where you run around simple low poly maps nabbing low poly children then running through a portal while devils chase you. It's garbage in terms of concept, gameplay quality, and technical implementation. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features lazy low-polygon voxel "Minecraft"-like "art", making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. A lot of amateur developers see Minecraft's success and assume it's because it looks bad, not because it had unique and appealing game mechanic…8 found this helpful

cannonical to real life, some of the achievements are broken tho but very fun and a cool art style3 found this helpful
Еvery boy should play this game, so he can avoid such situations in real life, and we know how affectionate words of a priest are sometimes )))1 found this helpful
Finally I feel like my life has some purpose! I can rescue all the kids from their sins and give them all the care that they deserve without ever having to leave my house! There's a couple technical issues though. The achivements are broken, and 2 player mode doesn't work at all for me. Other than that this game is a masterpiece, highly recommanded A+++++++
