✦ AI summary

Players agree this is one of Chilla's Art's weaker efforts, with common complaints centered on boring, repetitive driving sections that drag out the experience, a generic ghost story with obvious jumpscares that fail to create genuine tension or atmosphere, and underwhelming puzzles and scares overall. Some players also report game-breaking bugs that force replays in what's already a short game, though a few appreciate the slow-burn psychological horror approach if you're willing to stick with it.

Absolutely boring and unfortunately a pretty weak Chilla’s Art game. The driving sections are just annoying and drag the game out way too much. There’s barely any actually scary atmosphere and instead most of the gameplay is just boring driving back and forth without any real buildup. The jumpscares are barely scary and unfortunately feel really obvious. The story is a typical ghost story that feels like you’ve already seen it a hundred times before. Overall I felt like the game barely creates any tension and just doesn’t do much with its idea. I was completely bored the whole time because there wasn’t a single moment that really convinced me or made me feel like I actually wanted to keep playing. Definitely one of the weaker Chilla’s Art games in my opinion.

In a lot of ways this is one of Chilla's Art's weaker titles. Do not let that stop you from trying it out. In my quest to see all three endings, I encountered a game-breaking bug where the game did not register that I had collected / listened to all of the tapes, so I had to completely start the game over. That was a bummer, especially in a short horror game where you already need to play it multiple times to see all of the endings. There was another instance where I thought that the game had completely glitched out because the truck came to a stop and no matter what I did I could not get it to move again. I ended up starting over due to that as well, though I came to find out later that this is actually a scripted event and that they are trying to get you to look around and see something behind you that will trigger the truck to start working again. On the subject of the truck, this has some of the worst-feeling driving of any game that I have ever played. It feels more like controlling an unwieldy boat than anything, and it is very easy to get stuck on the geometry of the walls and barriers and it constantly interrupts your momentum and breaks the flow of the game, slowing it…

This game was a disappointment. The story is very simple, boring and dull, the atmosphere never lives up to expectations, and the gameplay, puzzles, scares, and other elements that are typical of Chilla's Art all feel underwhelming. It's one of the studio's weakest and most questionable games.

I wasn't tired before i started playing this but now I need a nap. That should tell you all you need to know about this game. Good lord, I think it came with an overdose of sleeping meds.

[*]Minimal HUD - Limited on-screen information forces attention to surroundings rather than UI elements. TENSION & PACING DESIGN [*]Long stretches of quiet exploration build mechanical anticipation. [*]Subtle environmental changes reward observant players. [*]Jump scares are used sparingly, emphasizing atmosphere over repetition. STRUCTURE & PLAYER AGENCY [*]Linear progression maintains narrative focus. [*]Exploration encourages noticing small visual and auditory inconsistencies. [*]Short runtime keeps pacing tight without overstaying tension. 10/10 - strong environmental design, effecti…
