Chronicles of Teddy, originally known as Finding Teddy 2: Harmony of Exidus, is a side-scrolling action-adventure that confidently embraces retro design philosophy while layering in unusual mechanics that give it a personality of its own. Developed by Storybird and published by LookAtMyGame and Plug In Digital, the game shifts dramatically from the point-and-click puzzle structure of its predecessor into a much more expansive, combat-driven experience. What begins as a whimsical tale involving a young girl and her missing teddy bear evolves into a full-fledged journey through the mysterious world of Exidus, blending platforming, exploration, combat, and musical puzzle-solving into a cohesive, if occasionally rough-edged, adventure. From a visual standpoint, Chronicles of Teddy leans heavily into pixel art nostalgia. The environments are richly detailed in a way that pays homage to 16-bit classics while still feeling modern in composition and scale. Forests glow with subtle atmospheric touches, cavern systems feel dense and dangerous, and ancient ruins convey a sense of forgotten history. The world design is interconnected rather than linear, encouraging players to revisit previous…

Very solid cozy plataform game. It reminds me of some old platform games. There is also some music/puzzle mechanics. For me it's a 7/10. I would play sooner if I knew I would enjoy that much.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. I recognize that it's not perfect, and may not click with everybody so well. But for me, its mix of Zelda 2-style platforming and combat, sound and language puzzles, serene and surreal environments, and soothing music... it just touches my soul. I keep coming back to it for additional replays both here and on other platforms. The itch hits me every couple of years, and I have to keep coming back to scratch it. The game continues to be a bright spot for me, a comforting refuge away from the challenges of the world. There's a handful of annoying design problems, like a clumsy final boss and an unreasonably tricky section in a bonus world. The most recent version has an NPC tutorializing you for a bit at the start, which breaks the immersion and feeling of solitude. People who struggle with musical tones should be able to complete the main game, but might find side content like the fireflies too frustrating with no visual cues. But these few minor problems don't come close to ruining the experience. It may not be a perfect game, but it's damn near perfect for me. Highly recommended for those who feel like they can see the beauty in it.

game full of bugs and completely abandoned by devs. Impossible to get all the trophies too because of a silly bug. I do not recommend the experience
