About Classical Music Minesweeper

Although it is a music game, it does not require complicated controls or memorization of musical scores.
What is required is the ability to distinguish sounds.

The number of mines in a traditional minesweeper is represented by a number.
In this game, the number of mines is represented by the sound of a piano.
If there is one mine in the vicinity, one type of sound will be played.
If there are three mines, three different sounds will sound simultaneously.

When you left-click, a sound is played if there are mines in the surrounding 8 squares.
In addition, if the center square is unopened, it will be disclosed.
With the right click, mines can be marked.

And each mine has a different phrase.
Unlike regular minesweepers, it is possible to identify not only the number of mines, but also the type of mine, so that
there are very few cases where you are dependent on luck.

There are also other elements that make the game more than just a minesweeper, such as squares where the sound cannot be confirmed after it has been disclosed.

16 stages
8 pieces of classical music
4 arrangements of classical music
(The reason why the total number of songs does not add up to 16 is that there are overlapping stages.)

if chopin was alive he'd kill you for making this game all in all its an okay game would benefit from some actual instructions. i still dont know what some of the buttons were supposed to do music gets extremely jarring after a while of playing and i dont like the uncertainty of how many sounds get played at once but i bought it for 1 pound so im not gonna complain too much. pretty cool unique idea though i enjoyed it live laugh love debussy

A very interesting minesweeper variant: Each "mine" is represented by a specific sound; either a single musical note, or a classical melody. Instead of being given the number of surrounding mines, you hear the sounds of all surrounding mines at the same time. This makes it harder to identify the exact number of nearby mines. But at the same time, it allows a skilled listener to identify specific mines. What makes this game difficult is that there is classical music in the background, which can't be disabled (though at least you can slightly lower the volume, which I would recommend). The result is that the playing experience can vary between relaxing (single notes, calm background music) and somewhat stressful (a cacophony of overlapping random melodies and intense background music). Later stages introduce tiles where you can hear the sounds of surrounding mines only the moment you reveal them. This is a cool idea in general, and incentivizes players to think strategically about the order in which to reveal tiles. But it can be a bit overwhelming when these are a cacophony of 2 or 3 different melodies, and you have to remember 2 or more of these strange soundscapes at once. Fort…
