MinSweeper

I know saying "not fun" in here sounds weird, seeing how its a damn minesweeper, yet I felt quite bored. [list] [*]Minesweeper itself is.. alright. UI is kind of meh, but tolerable. Right clicking on a number shows up a grid of affected area, but... why is it on hold, instead of press once - press twice. It's nitpicking, but still it's simply for quality of life. And having to use arrows, as well as mouse, feels kind of uncomfortable. [*] I also bought the game for having Sudoku in it, which, sadly, had a pretty bad UI, which very badly chosen colors making them hard to read, or to distinguish between 3x3 boxes of sudoku itself. I can find better ones online for free. [*]Asteroids were just meh. Plain meh, with objects spawning nearly on top of me, with ship being too slow, and not being able to fire more missiles until they despawned offscreen. [*]Catcher was a bit fun, I liked how it sped up a bit after 300 or so points. [/list] UI wise again, it bugs out (as if you complete Sudoku, you get SOLVED stuck on the screen forever, even making it impossible to track your score in Catcher), the zoom gets wonky (zoomed out at minesweeper and swapped to Catcher - camera was still zoomed…

This is not a good clone of Minesweeper or any of the "Minigames" that are included. It is not fun to play, has no real user interface at all, has some displaying bugs when it comes to the "SUCCESS" text in the upper left corner and the worst is that there is no indication on what to do when you "won" a game. It feels like it crashed. Minimal style is fine and all, but minimal style is something that one should be able to handle and not remove necessary information for the player just because the style is "minimal".

Look, I like puzzle games but I can't recommend this one. it's boring and easy to complete in less than an hour. Go ahead if you want the achievements (which are easy to get). Minesweeper has 3 difficulties and each one has 3 parts and that's it. You can customize your puzzle too. The thing is, it's like there's no UI: no tracking mines or minutes in the game. Did you finish the puzzle? Too bad you won't know unless you're playing it for the first time, since the achievement will appear once you complete it. Sudoku was hell for my eyes. No clear lines between the 3x3 boxes and once you finish it the "solved" line stays there until you quit the game. Catcher and Asteroids were a bit more fun.

MinSweeper is a collection of three minimalist/mobile app tier Unity games (Minesweeper, Asteroids and Sudoku) that look to have been flipped from Unity Asset packs or tutorials, or just ripped out of someone's GitHub. Despite being basic ripoffs of games that you can play for free, LinQ are running a cash grab/scam with this and trying to charge $3 USD for what looks like someone else's work. To double down on this, they've dumped this into cheap game bundles to extract as much money as possible from this. As usual I can't recommend asset flips and scams to gamers.
