Explore your grandmother's house solving cryptic escape room puzzles and uncovering dark secrets with only a mystical flashlight to defend yourself in this third-person psychological horror game. Piece together fragmented clues and hidden messages to discover what happened to your parents and confront the mysterious evil lurking in the halls.
A Mysterious Escape Room
The design of COLINA: Legacy was inspired by escape rooms with enthusiasts in mind. Cryptic puzzles await Alex as he searches through his grandmother's house and the surrounding areas. Acquiring various runes to power his flashlight, Alex has the ultimate puzzle solving tool that reveals painted messages, unlocks mechanisms, and battles foes with its beam.
Return to Old-School Survival Horror
The third-person camera perspective pays homage to some of the great classic horror games. Alex quickly learns he is not the only being roaming the halls, but he is well equipped to handle the situation. The only weapon is the flashlight so keep batteries charged and ready.
Something Lurks Deeper
Nothing is quite what it appears. Each hidden message and fragment of ancient manuscript begin to paint a terrible tale beyond Alex’s comprehension. What dark secrets lie beneath the foundation? Solving the many mysteries of the house is the only way to reveal the truth.

Great light survival horror adventure game that took 6 hours to complete. The first half of the game feels like Alone in the Dark and takes place in a house. The second half of the game feels a bit like Tomb Raider, with puzzles in an underground ancient temple. + This game is extremely polished and works perfectly. You can tell the developers have pride in this game and worked hard on it. + The art style and graphics are beautiful, in 2024 on max settings it feels like a brand new game. + The story is original, and there are over 100 well written interesting notes spread all over the game explaining a massive original backstory to the game. Its really impressive how many notes there are, more than any survival horror game I've ever played actually. + The underground ancient temple puzzles were interesting to explore and fun to complete. + The sound effects in the game are creepy and atmospheric. - There are several slide puzzles in the game which are super annoying and time consuming. - More enemy variety would have been nice. - Near the end of the game, there is a lack of direction in parts, I was lost for about an hour trying to figure out what to do with a certain…13 found this helpful
When it comes to the story itself, I'd say is a pretty standard psychological horror, nothing special. However, atmosphere is good, artstyle is interesting, some enemies are quite challenging, especially as the game progresses and I believe it could use a good review. Don't have much to say about this one... It was ok, wouldn't exactly consider as a serious "horror" game, since it's mostly about puzzles and exploration. Worry not, nothing jumps at your entire screen, but some enemies do spawn around near the end game. The story... to be frank, it was initially interesting but got confusing afterwards. Gotta look up a resume on this one to see if I understood anything at all :') Or maybe I'm just dumb, who knows?1 found this helpful
