About CrossAbout: Crosswords in Reverse (300★)
CrossAbout is an innovative word game in which players build crossword puzzles in reverse. Given a set of crossword clues with multiple correct answers, players craft different layouts and combinations of words that satisfy the puzzle. Think you have the answers? Maybe... but can you connect them in the grid?
Earn stars by solving levels and by finding combinations with the most or fewest squares filled. A new puzzle is featured daily, while creatively-themed packs and monthly archives are unlocked using stars you earn along the way. (This full version includes 300 stars to speed things up!). Some puzzles involve higher challenges such as blocked or prefilled squares. Arrange answers around the blocks in a traditional crossword format. Correlate words which use the prefilled letters. Move or rotate your answers, and spend stars to get hints. Choose from an assortment of CrossAbout packs from simple to sudoku-style to difficult single solutions.

I am a big fan of word games and enjoyed Anagraphs from this developer, so I tried CrossAbout. It is a great game to exercise your brain! As the description says, the clues have multiple answers. Then you figure out which words can be put together in the given grid. The grids are various sizes and sometimes have blocked or prefilled boxes. If you play through the tutorial on the demo, you can earn enough stars for a game pack. It says that solving the daily puzzle on consecutive days will be good for extra stars, but the puzzles from the past couple of days have been much more challenging than the tutorial or the Baby Steps pack I've been working through. Getting the full game was worthwhile (free to educators and students), because 300 stars can be redeemed for plenty of hints! I was looking at the comments and saw some about logical answers missing, and the developer said to go to the menu and Send Feedback. Anyone done that yet?
