About Deadweight
Play as one of many clones condemned to fight each other in perpetuity for the amusement of the robot lord, King Mechanicus. Deadweight is an arena survival shooter in which you must shoot through waves of countless enemies with the help of well placed turrets and explosive barrels. Test your reflexes AND wits as you push yourself to the edge of your twitch shooting limits.
Armed with an infinite ammo pistol, focus is directed towards strategic use of turrets and explosives, not scavenging for ammunition or amassing an arsenal.
Randomly generated arenas have multiple gates from which enemies may emerge at any time, keeping you on your toes.
Creative usage of explosive barrels and automatic turrets stack the odds of survival in your favor depending on how you place them in the arena.

Deadweight is a randomised arena based survival shooter where you're armed with just a pistol, explosive crates & Sentry Turrets which can be re-positioned around the room. Hunting you down are countless waves of cloned androids for the sadistic amusement of the robot lord, King Mechanicus. Although this game is in it's early build and needs more work, it already shows good potential, and can only get better with more updates.1 found this helpful
I feel like my uncle who is a "wacky woo-hoo pizza guy" called me deadweight when i played this game.
Was a waste of money.
A pretty simple mix of a first-person shooter and a tower defense game. You carry around turrets like in Portal and place them on the ground to shoot at incoming waves of enemies. The diversity comes from random placement of walls on the level. Like with a smartphone game, it's good for playing in short bursts (like, 10 mins) when you have the time. For its tiny price, it's well worth a purchase. This game is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but hey its cheap! and it plays well with decent graphics, guys walk up to you and you shoot them, or let your sentry turrets do it for you. the pistol feels pretty terrible to use, more like a paintball gun than a real one, and shooting enemies feels pretty much like hitting them with a paintball gun. this game would be 10 times better with some blood and gore but maybe thats just me, regardless its fun and cheap.
It is somewhat fun, it gets a little repetetive after a while. I reccomend picking it up and waiting for more content to be added.
