About Descending
Its been 6 years since the fog rolled in, and with it brought a bunch of creatures that will tear you apart. Months after they came we realised that most of them are are blind and hunt by sound, so you will have to be very cautious when moving through towns and city's to not alert them.
Equip your self with whatever you can find but remember if you fire a gun be prepared for the consequences.
Descending is a hardcore survival game in which you go around the large open world finding supplies to build shelter and keep your self alive, if you die you lose everything.

Guys, this is barely early alpha. You need to wait a long LONG time to see if this goes anywhere. RIght now, I'm betting against it.14 found this helpful
Considering that this game is very early access, I have to admit its rather addictive, even though there's not a lot to do. So far, I am enjoying the map, finding loot and evading the creatures of the night. But honestly. I doubt this game will ever be finished! Sorry OLDNAG, but you have not done anything in the last 8 months to validate that you are in fact still working on this project at all! The guy couldn't even release a hot fix in the last 8 months or so to rectify minor issues like gamma or brightness setting options!! 3/1010 found this helpful
I've played this game less than 30 minutes and stopped. It's very dark with no way to adjust gamma only shawdows. There was absolutely no loot in anything that I searched. Honestly couldn't search anything because there wasn't a way to access any items in the game.... I could only pick up trash and cans. I could not punch either and therefore had no way to defend myself against the alien creatures. I constantly ran until my stamina ran out and then I died because I had no way to defend myself. I think that this game could have potential in the future, but how can we play it now when there is really nothing to interact with other than alien creatures that kick our butt because we have no way to defend ourselves... Just a thought, try and have fun playing.7 found this helpful
