Dark, grim, and dystopian, with a strong atmosphere throughout. It feels less like playing a game and more like reading a graphic novella where your choices genuinely matter. The immersion is solid, the dialogue feels natural, and seeing the consequences of your decisions unfold is very satisfying. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys graphic novellas and narrative-driven experiences.

A short and concise game that metaphorically interprets covid lockdown mass hysteria. In this game, we see a certain enemy terrorist state (some sort of Non-European Undemocratic People's Republic?) launch a biological weapon that makes everyone go blind (I've stumbled upon more severe covid side effects predictions back then). During the covid pandemic, most people experienced overcomplicated bureaucratic measures (applying for a covid passport to go outside) and we had a fair share of schizos who rambled about mind-controlling microchips in the v*xx. In the end, the schizos turned out to be right though, otherwise it's impossible to explain the mass-coordinated lunacy of the last 5 years. Thanks to this game, I was able to relive my memories of the turning point in human history that trapped us in the belly of this horrible machine that's still beeding to death. [spoiler]Technical details: Linux native, 40 minutes to 100%, no bugs/glitches.[/spoiler] [spoiler]Edit: a typo - for some reason linguistics pseudoscientists had to stop writing their Pre-Indo-European language reconstruction fanfiction just to make relive and relieve 2 different words, smh.[/spoiler]

wonderful political narrative! the visuals and music are bold and make the experience pretty immersive for a game that runs on point-and-click. The writing flows incredibly well; it's sharp and well-placed. Despite the short run time the dialogue really nailed the world-building, the characters' individuality, and their familiarity with each other in a compelling way. Beyond the immediate story, the game's world gives an interesting set-up in the wake of a mass-disabling event. I'd be excited to play through more content in this game's world or extended political landscape, since the game sets up a lot of interesting groups to explore further.
