The art style is beautiful, but it's unfortunately the game's only real strength. The story didn't hook me, the puzzles are weak and often boil down to trial and error, and there's barely any gameplay besides walking forward. In the end, it just felt like a waste of time. Such a shame.1 found this helpful
I should have dropped it, and ran when I saw "accessible entry point into horror for all" being touted in the description. To put it bluntly, most of the gameplay is holding down W watching your protagonist slowly waddle down a narrow subway car. The puzzles are just picking up items, and handing them to the ghosts.1 found this helpful
Trailers and screenshots are VERY misleading in terms of level design and scope. 95% of this game is walking through repetitive hallways inside the same subway train. Yes there are special rooms with vibrant colors but the hallway design is consistent and lacks meaningful mechanics outside of buttons opening doors and the occasional puzzle that relies on guesswork. Story is so esoteric that there practically isn't a story being told, you just interpret what you want from the mime work that characters do. I could maybe recommend if the story was worth the walking...but it amounts to nothing meaningful
Weird like those dreams you have in your sleep that don’t make sense, in a good way though. I like the animation style as well. V much my type of game, it’s a short one tho. I enjoyed playing it.
visually striking and not a ton else, but it doesn't need to be for two dollars and two hours. does a lot with a little, love the charactresses from what little moments we get with em
genius game
