About Don't Kill the Cow
A simple short 5 minute game that questions the importance of goals. There is only one way to win the game: don’t kill the cow, but is winning the game worth it? How much do the phrases you win and you lose mean to you?
Includes 3 endings.

Simple yet absurd
good dark comedy
Actually made me laugh out loud, beautiful little excercise in existentialist humour, with a banger soundtrack. 8/10
The games name, is really a double entendre. Of course, when you kill the cow, it says "You lose" but when you don't kill the "cow" it says "You win". But. Think logically here. Why do you HAVE to gather up all these resources so your wife can live. And then, after day four, resources are drawn thin. There's nothing. You sleep. Wake up. Sleep. Wake up. Sleep. You wake up and your wife is DEAD. The game would end here, right? You did what the game told you not to do. But really, the games double entendre has a specific meaning. The cow, the cow is eternal. Your wife, or the other cow, is destined to die, so give up on her once resources are struck thin. Only feed the cow. The cow produces milk which you can live off of for a few extra days, which gives you time for more corn to grow. So essentially, by killing the cow, you saved the cow who then saved you. This isn't a highly complex moral lesson, it's to think logically. Your wife is always ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and bringing you down telling you to kill the cow. She's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cow, so you try to poison her with corn. She sees what you're doing and refuses. You then give her water, laced with corn. She refuses again, food, not water. You get hay…
