Adios is a cinematic first-person game about sticking to a complicated decision.
You're a pig farmer in Kansas. It's October. Cold, crisp mornings are the norm, and you have decided that you're no longer okay with letting the mob use your pigs to dispose of bodies. When your old friend - a hitman - arrives with his assistant to deliver another body, you finally screw up the courage to tell them that you're done.
Your friend doesn't want you to stop. He knows that there's no such thing as quitting, so he'll try to convince you that you're making a mistake. You spend the day together, doing chores and exploring the nooks and crannies of an authentic environment in the American Midwest alongside the man who will be forced to kill you, if he can't convince you to stay.
How you respond will determine the rest of your life.

Players praise the game's emotionally impactful narrative, beautiful writing, and excellent voice acting that creates a deeply moving experience. However, many feel the game would work better as a stage play than an interactive medium, with some noting that the light gameplay elements and occasional awkward mechanics occasionally undermine the serious emotional tone rather than enhance it.
Incredibly dull listening simualtor that barely passes for a game. Voice acting and story is ok, but not when you're held hostage in an invisible box with nothing to do other than listen to two men talk about expostion. Do not waste $26 AUD on this 'game', anymore than $1.50 is absolute robbery.
A gut punch. A tragedy that you know will happen, and how it will happen, and yet it's worth reflecting on. The story has surprises and a number of moments where the game mechanics perfectly complement the storytelling. Highly recommend.
A short but very effective story, I personally found it very moving, you can't really say that about a lot of video games.

More of a emotional ride rather than a game, but that's perfectly okay. Cause it hurts. A lot.
I found it to be really boring and even on sale, not worth the time nor money.
