Neat game. The duality reminds me of the fire and water flash games from back in the day but more rpg than platformer. Always a pleasure to play something from others at SCAD

Elysian Inferno is a very interesting action RPG because of the way it splits its main character into two different combat styles. I control a mage and a warrior who have been separated from the same soul, and I have to guide both of them through the realms of the afterlife. I liked the central idea immediately because the story and gameplay both revolve around bringing these two halves back together. The combat is fast and straightforward, with both characters having different abilities that suit their roles. The warrior is more comfortable in direct combat, while the mage gives me access to magical attacks and abilities. I enjoyed switching between their strengths because some enemies are vulnerable to particular elemental effects, so I cannot simply rely on one character throughout the whole adventure. The ability progression is one of the more enjoyable parts for me. As I move through the game, I gain access to new abilities and become better at combining the skills of both characters. I liked the sense of growth because it gives me more ways to approach encounters without turning the game into a huge statistics driven RPG. The two realms also give the adventure a strong vis…

Fascinating concept and something I thing could be widely expanded on. Though not for me, I would 100% recommend this to other people.

Runs kinda bad at the start, but once you get schmoovin it's a lot of fun.
