About FOG - Fear Of Going
F.O.G (also known as FOG) brings classic action-RPG game mechanics to a third-person camera and dynamic movement. Battle through the nine circles of hell in a psychedelic watercolor painted world. Unleash your creativity to create a character build that will take you all the way to the gates of heaven, alone or with friends. Pick five of twenty weapon types and pick one of seven damage types. When you die, come back stronger with the gear and experience points you earn. There are always new character builds to try and gear to optimize including new content and frequent updates! Massively online server is located in Washington, US for online p.v.p and co-op. Internet connection not required.

didn't know what i was doing at the start. But after giving the ferryman a few apples, killing the devil, and reaching heaven with only a shotgun and a throwing knife, I'm still really lost. 9/101 found this helpful

This game is awesome, it's unique, fresh, and is everything a psychedelic game should be
FOG, more like POG. This is an ambitious project for a single developer, but it shows real personality and care in both its world and its writing. The heart behind it is clear, and that makes the experience engaging despite some rough edges that could benefit from additional polish. What stood out most to me was the way the game uses religious themes to frame its reflections, giving its philosophical and retrospective writing a sense of weight and grandeur that lingers long after playing.
Left an initial review of 8/10 but playing this game more has made me reconsider. This game is horribly underrated and deserves a significant amount of praise. There's something about the game that makes me want to come back, even after beating it once and resetting my character. The combat and the movement is simple and the game is janky but the game, overall, is artistically stunning. I can't explain the hold the game has on me but I would recommend any one reading this review to give the game a chance. 9/10
