About Eternam
Hard working intergalactic Space Marshals like yourself deserve to experience the ultimate gateway. Travel through 3D landscapes to more than a half-dozen past human eras, populated with life-like-bio=tech creatures offering tongue-in-cheek remarks. From the age of the pharaohs and the realm of medieval knights to the French Revolution and beyond, you'll have the adventure of a lifetime...or several.
But, Mister Jonz, there is a slight problem... Dragoons still inhabit Eternam wanting to reclaim the park and have joined forces with your arch-rival Mikhal Nuke. They plan to ruin your vacation in a big way!
At least you can count on help from the beautiful Tracy, a technician on the Eternam coordination team. Unfortunately, to escape Nuke's evil clutches,, she has dematerialized into the Funpark's computer network, so Tracy will communicate only via a computer screen.
You'll need intuition, courage, wit, diplomacy, charm and a surreal sense of humor. Only you can save Eternam - and yourself. But who wouldn't face all challenges to win Tracy's smile. So...Enjoy your vacation, Mister Jonz!

Eternam has an ambitious scope with a quirky story and creative premise that uses an recycled engine to build an open world adventure, but it suffers from significant design issues including frustrating backtracking without signposts, dead ends that soft-lock progression, and tedious point-and-click mechanics that feel dated even by retro standards. While some appreciate the nostalgic preservation of its original vision and unique concept, most players find the experience becomes increasingly deflating after a promising start, with poor polish and lack of player guidance making it more frustra
I couldn't believe it when I found it! Yes, ratings will be skewed in by that nostalgia. All the good, the bad, the funny and all the annoying gameplay elements have been preserved and restored exactly how you remember them. I would love nothing more than to see a modern developer remake and/or reboot this IP. The closest thing I can think of that this is like, would have to be Westworld--the other parks, not the wild west park. The story is still quirky & unique and the scope is still ambitious, I can only imagine what this gem could blossom into with some modern TLC.15 found this helpful

Not going to recommend this one, sorry. Eternam does some very cool things, like recycling the engine from Drakkhen to shape an open world adventure, but after a very interesting start (with probably the best jokes) the rest of the game is far from being as polished and requires insane backtracking (with no signposts) and features insane dead ends/soft locks. It deflates tragically and it ends somehow with no sense of achievement.4 found this helpful
