What do you get for easily gunning down hundreds of emus? After working your way up to a powerful state, you're rewarded with a trip to The Nightmare. This second game won't have you defending wheat fields from mobs of emus. Instead, you need to avoid a single, relentless skeleton emu that stalks you while you locate and burn 6 totems. The totems are actually a great example of the high quality models in this game. I ended up dying while looking at the detailed, barbed wire and eucalyptus leaf-wrapped emu skull. It's easy to stop and admire the atmosphere and props in The Nightmare, but staying alert is necessary for survival. I overall enjoyed this game, especially after reading up on the true event of The Great Emu War. Once my Lewis gun became nearly unstoppable in The Outback, I began feeling guilty of culling the emus, so off I went into The Nightmare to experience my own terror. Play this game!

The "dink" when the gold hits the emu and flies off is deserving of a positive review.
